Detailed Estimating

Full quantity takeoffs and pricing across schematic, DD, and CD phases using Sage Estimating, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and eTakeoff. Estimates are organized by CSI division, cross-checked against specs, and reconciled at each design milestone to keep the GMP defensible as documents progress.

Bid Management

ITB distribution, pre-bid coordination, subcontractor outreach, and coverage tracking through Procore, RedTeam, and Bonfire. Every bid is leveled and reconciled scope-by-scope — not just compared on bottom-line price — with detailed bid comparison matrices supporting your award recommendation.
